In February of 2001, seven months prior to 9/11, and the attack on the Twin Towers in New York city, I was given a vision and a challenge to establish a ministry/organization that would challenge the professing Christians in this country. To awaken and inform them that their very freedom to worship Jesus Christ, in public and possibly privately, was about to come into jeopardy. Also that certain groups of people were working very hard to influence the leaders of our very own government, (which was birthed to assure us of this freedom), to change this nation to one that no longer looked to the "God of creation" for guidance. However, they would embrace a worldly view of a "man based" government. Several years have passed and we are now hearing, on a daily basis, how these freedoms are being attacked. Even though many outside this country still view us as a Christian nation, many of our leaders are now entertaining the idea of discounting the God of this nation, while others are fighting to maintain his presence. His name is Jesus Christ, For those who do not know the God to whom we are referring, that may not cause alarm, but to those who understand that the blessings of this nation come from Him,we should be! Those who have experienced world war two, and the generation thereafter have been witness to the change.Now with the speed our nation is moving towards this new mindset, and as the momentum builds, we will find it more of a challenge and much more complex of a problem to deal with. Some would say, It's too big!It's too late! or,I just hope things will be alright. To use a very simple example: If you are sitting in the middle of the road, and there's a truck coming, and you are aware that it could be your demise. The time to do something about it is while you still can, get up! Put yourself on safe ground, and live another day! or, choose to do as many others have, and just sit there and hope that someone else will either stop the truck or drag you to safety.I know this is a simple example, but it's where Christian America is today. We must awaken those who claim to know Him. To become active and obey the greatest commandment that Christ has given; Matthew chap22vs37-39:Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul,and mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself. If we truly follow this commandment we will not rest as long as anyone is hindered from the very basic freedom of Free spirit worship. We must preserve this basic freedom now! And honor those who have made the sacrifice to give it to us this day. The future generations of this world will be adversely affected if we, who have been given this watch hour, shirk our responsibility. One of the main focuses of PFC is to bring every human being an opportunity to know his or her Creator/Savior and to know His plan for them. In the time you have read this, it has been too late for many. Let us not be slothful to be faithful, to the God who has given us this golden opportunity, America. It is not the responsibility of our government to establish religion, but it is the responsibility of God's people to appreciate and maintain Our Christian nation! It is time for God's people, those who know his voice, to come together. Stand for Him, honor His sacrifice, and help this nation fulfill it's destiny. It will be to our Shame if we do not! I ask, when your time comes, will you be able to face God and say I did the best I could, or will you fall short? Time will tell if we were as faithful to our God, as we expect Him to be faithful to us.
